Vegan Ham Glaze for Caribbean Vegan Holiday Ham – THIS SITE HAS MOVED

Ham Glaze

Glazes 2- 4  Caribbean Vegan Holiday Hams

1/3 cup pineapple juice sweetened is ok

5 tbs brown sugar

1 tbs dijon mustard

4 tbs maple syrup

1 1/2 tbs vegan butter

1 tbs molasses ( can use less but this is the maximum)

1 tbs liquid smoke ( some smokes are sickly smoky add a little at a time to the level you are comfortable with)

1/4 tsp ground cloves

1/4 tsp salt


Add all the ingredients to a saucepan and still on medium high heat for 15 to 20 minutes until significantly thickened.

Brush on Hams periodically and bake hams for 10 mins at 350 F
