Hi All,

I have been battling it out planning for blogging but the weather has not been nice to me. You see it is hurricane season and everything I go to make something we have been under hurricane warning ruining chances for a blog post. Today I am in the kitchen today testing for another project and making a new  recipe tutorial that I will  hopefully put up tomorrow as I may not get to do everything today and I really do not want to rush myself….

Anyways here is the new Caribbean Vegan  front cover. If you scroll down a few post down you will see the other one was slightly different and they swapped out photos and stuff. The book is complete and in a few week just a few weeks it will be in the stores in our hands and I must say I took myself out of the authors seat and the publishing team and designers at The Experiment New York did a stellar job with everything.

I have to get back to the kitchen now but here is the new cover showing the rum cake and the eggplant acras.
