Sneak Preview-Bajan Sweet Treat (Book Update and Tester Sign Up)

I have started to take writing the book Vegan in the Sun more seriously and the test kitchen is open. Right now I want to have a group of testers that would be able to work with me for the next 5 months. If you live out of the Caribbean that is not a problem as I would not give you hard to find items for your dishes. If you want to be a full time or part time tester please drop me a comment or e mail so I can add you to the tester mailing list. I would have a special announcement in a few weeks so look out for that and more Vegan Caribbean Recipes.

I just wanted to come back and report how great these turned out! They are delicious. I made them with dried, unsweetened organic coconut from the local co-op. Next time, I will try them with fresh coconut. There will definitely be a next time
